• Where can I buy Biocosmetics Academy products?

You can find the full range in branded stores in Vilnius (Vytauto St. 6 or Lakūnų St. 24 (separate entrance of PC Outlet Park from the outside)) and Kaunas (Mosėdžio St. 7). The partners have the most popular products, the list of places can be found here biocos.lt/lt/stores

•         Is it necessary to register on the site to purchase goods?

No, not necessary. You can use express shopping by providing only the information you need to order.

•         Are there differences in product prices online and in stores?

No, product prices do not differ.

•         How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay for the order directly by logging in to your bank's electronic banking, credit card, Paysera, Paypal or bank transfer.

•         How to pay for goods by credit card?

When paying for the order, select Mokėjimai.lt and click on the last option "Credit cards", then confirm the order.

•         Is it possible to pay for the goods to the courier upon delivery?

No, the order must be paid for in advance by placing it on the website.

•         What are the delivery methods?

•         When does free shipping apply?

Pick-up in Vilnius and Kaunas stores is always free of charge.

If you choose Omniva or LP express parcel terminal, free delivery applies when the order amount exceeds 20 Eur.

Delivery with VENIPAK courier is free for orders from 40 Eur.

Delivery with LP express courier - free of charge if goods are ordered for more than 30 Eur, to the nearest post office - from 20 Eur.

Attention! If you order more than 10 glass jars, the delivery price is calculated additionally.

•         How long does it take to prepare an order?

The order is usually prepared within 1-2 working days from the payment of the received order. We will inform you about the preparation of the order by your e-mail. by mail.

•         How to take advantage of a birthday discount?

We give you a 20% discount, which you will see when you log in to your account for 7 days.

The minimum order value is 20 Eur. The code must be entered next to the shopping cart. The discount does not apply to the purchase of packaging.

•         How to take advantage of the newsletter discount?

Enter your email. email address in a pop-up window and you should see a new email in your inbox (if you can't find it, check your SPAM folder). It will contain a confirmation link. By clicking on it, you will see a 3 € discount code, which is valid when shopping for 20 euros and more. The discount does not apply to the purchase of packaging.

•         How to store face creams?

Natural face creams do not need to be stored in the refrigerator. It is advisable to keep the creams at room temperature and use a spatula to apply them. If you store the cream in the refrigerator, it will last longer than indicated on the label.

•         Can I return empty packages of instruments?    

If you bring an empty package of BIOCOS academy goods to the BIOCOS academy physical stores, a discount is applied!

CONDITIONS:

Only BIOCOS containers are accepted:

• 30, 60 and 120ml glass jars;
• Bottles for shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, air fresheners;
• Plastic containers for hair masks and body butter;
• Bottles of micellar water and body cream.

Containers should be CLEAN WASHED, without any product residue, may be labelled.

We apply a discount for one cosmetic product per package. DISCOUNT - € 0.50.

We apply the discount only to BIOCOS cosmetics (does not apply to containers, ingredients, essential oils, Bo-ho cosmetics, hydrolates, oils)
